Briefly detail any preferences per room. Eg. Are you open to decorative ceilings? (wood beams/paint/coffered ceilings etc), are you open to dropped or recessed ceiling designs that allow for the incorporation of soft ambient strip lighting? Do you have a love for cornicing? Do you want to change the current AC vent shape?

Smart Home technology

Would you like to incorporate a system that allows for lights/music/AC etc to be controlled from a central app/control station?

Sound system

Do require an integrated sound system within each space? Would you like fully integrated ceiling speakers or do you prefer freestanding options?

Window dressings

Do you have a preference per room? Eg. blackout curtains/blinds and curtains/double layer: sheers and curtains/shutters/only sheers/motorised curtain rails

Wall treatments

Briefly detail any preferences or special requirements eg. are you open to wallpaper? do you prefer plain painted walls? are you open to wood cladding or panelling? etc

Do you intend to retain any/all current pieces? Do you hope to start from scratch? Include details of any favourite home stores
