This initial meeting is an opportunity for you to discuss the design direction of your project with one of our designers.

It will cover topics such as space planning, wall colours and finishes, lighting options, soft furnishings and general flow and continuity in your space.

As well as initial suggestions and advice, the session will explain our design process and review your preliminary budget/ timelines for the project.

We offer both in-person and remote consultations, depending on your location.

Our e-Design package is a great fit if you’d like a carefully thought out interior design plan that you can implement on your own.

You’ll fill in a detailed style assessment and send through digital photos with accurate measurements of the space(s), along with any likes/dislikes and details of your vision for the end result (don’t worry if you don’t know that yet – we can help guide you!). If you feel you need any more of our help afterwards, check out our add-on services on the last page of this document.

This package includes:

  • Consultation: remotely via Zoom to define the scope of your project (1-2hrs depending on the size of your project). At-home consultations (within Dubai) can be arranged (additional 500AED).

  • Design Report: Emailed to you in 10 working days. Summarising the design for your space, including colour palette/furniture/accessories/wall and window treatments/mood and concept boards (this gives you a strong idea of the finished look)/Room layout plan. One revision to the design report is included if required (further revisions are available at an additional 500 AED/hr).

  • Sourcing: A shopping guide that includes product links, photos, indicative budget, alongside any recommended contractors where applicable.

  • Tip sheet on how to implement your design.

  • Follow-up call: 30 minutes via Zoom/Skype to discuss the report and answer any questions before we hand the reigns over to you

Not included: Further follow-up communication, project management, procurement services, liaison with suppliers and contractors, in-person implementation and final styling, contractor fees.

If you prefer to leave all of the hard work to us, the full design package is for you!

This package includes:

  • Consultation: 2hr meeting in your home to discuss your project and measure the space.

  • Design Report: Summarising the design for your space, including colour palette/furniture selection/accessories/wall and window treatments/mood and concept boards (this gives you a strong idea of the finished look). Two revisions to the design report if required ( further revisions are available at an additional 500 AED/hr).

  • Sourcing: Any furniture or décor required will be sourced by us and itemized in a shopping guide that includes product links, photos, indicative budget. Once approved, you will procure the items.

  • Installation: 1 onsite installation day per room/space. Once your procured items are delivered and assembled, we’ll be there to implement final styling.

  • Top level project management: Overseeing contractors (such as painters and handymen) and quality management. Depending on the scale of your project, extra site visits and communication with site foreman can be included to oversee onsite works (major project management services are quoted separately)

  • Support: Unlimited communication with us for the duration of your project - via phone/whatsapp/email, Sun-Thurs between 9am-5pm.

Timeline: Project specific – minimum 8 weeks advised

Not included: Contractor fees, procurement services, material fees

This service is perfect if feel you need a little more calm in your life, if you never find the time to get around to life-admin, or even if you’ve just moved and have no idea where to start.

We offer de-cluttering and organization services for every space in your home or office. You won’t ever be forced to get rid of anything that is dear to you; you make all the decisions and it’s a no-judgement zone!

For anything from paperwork, wardrobes, kitchens, playrooms, and everything in between - we help implement easily-maintained systems and guide you through the process, leaving you feeling in control of your space.

If our other packages don’t exactly fit your needs, you have a ‘designer-on-call’ option. Maybe you only need a sounding board to provide design advice and support as you navigate through decisions for your home. Perhaps you don’t need a full design plan from us, but you’d prefer more than the allotted time for a consultation session. Whatever the reason, our custom retainer service gives you the flexibility to call on us as and when the need arises.

Once you’ve purchased your block, we’ll gather the relevant information from you during an initial call. After that, it’s up to you when you would like to chat with us. The blocks work in the same way as a retainer; whenever you require our time (anything from a whatsapp to drawing up room layout options, or full sourcing days…and everything inbetween) we will deduct the time used from your block. Time is drawn down in 5-minute increments and we will provide a bi-monthly report detailing how the time is used, and how much remains.


You can choose to take responsibility for providing any relevant information and measurements to us, or an add-on consultation package can be purchased for us to carry out in-home measuring and consultation services.

On-call retainer services are valid within working hours (Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm) and are valid for remote or in-person services.
